How does it work?
After an initial call, you’ll work with a coach to help you with every aspect of salary negotiation, from screening call questions about “target compensation” to the offer itself. . We’ll coach on what to say, how to say it, and cover all likely counter offer scenarios with unlimited support till your offer is finalized. We’ll even perform a complete benefits analysis too!
How can I tell if I should negotiate my salary?

How much does it cost?
You pay a small deposit to get started, then a percentage of the increase to your offer. This is a one-time payment, not an annual payment – you reap the benefits for as long as you’re enjoying that pay increase.
What if I don’t have an offer yet?
If you know you’ll want negotiation support, we can help you starting from the beginning of your search to make sure you’re set up for success.
Will you help me negotiate benefits too?
Absolutely. In addition to cash compensation, we’ll analyze and help you negotiate equity, paid time off, relocation support, and whatever else will make a difference for you. We’ll analyze your entire benefits package to make sure you’re clear where you’re covered and where you’re not.
