How does it work?

After an initial call to ensure fit, you’ll work with a coach to help you with every aspect of the negotiation. We’ll coach on what to say, how to say it, and cover all likely counter offer scenarios. We’ll support you by phone, email, and text till your offer is finalized, and we’ll even perform a complete benefits analysis too!

How can I tell if I should negotiate my salary?

How much does it cost?

You only pay a percentage of the increase to your offer, which means you pay nothing if we don’t help you improve your offer or you don’t accept the offer. This is a one-time payment, not an annual payment – you reap the benefits for as long as you’re enjoying that pay increase.
